Commerce fest Asthra at Crossland

Involve in extracurricular activities along with concentrating on studies, said Mr.Akhil B.Hegde,Alumnus and leading Advocate of Udupi.He was addressing the students after inaugurating the inter class Commerce fest,Asthtra organized by final year B Com students of Crossland College,Brahmavar.

He recalled his college days in Crossland and how he was moulded by the faculty in becoming a successful person in life.Mr.Devadas Shetty, alumnus and Teacher,Nittur School was the guest of the prize distribution function. His talent in poetry writing competition was nurtured in the college, he said and encouraged students to identify the area where they are good at and try to excel. Final year BA Management Science batch won the championship and second year B Com finished runners up.


Mr.Girish Rao, HoD of Commerce, Mrs.Shashikala, Academic Counsellor, Mr.Sandeep and Ms.Surabhi Shetty, Student conveners were present.Ms.Radhika, Office staff who is leaving the institution was honoured on the occasion.
