Udupi: The Third Additional Court has issued temporary injunction against others from interfering in the functioning of the Hotel Durga International which was owned by the slain businessman Bhasker Shetty.

Earlier, the advocate of Rajeshwari Shetty, the wife of Bhasker Shetty who is a prime accused in the murder case had moved a petition seeking injunction, and complaining that Bhasker Shetty’s mother Gulabi Shetty, Guruprasad Shetty and others were interfering in the functioning of the hotel.

The court in its order has said that Rajeshwari had the right to run the hotel and none can obstruct her.
