Cow stolen from Bajrang Dal activist house

Moodbidri: A cow has been stolen from the house of Bajrang Dal activist at Iruvail near Moodbidri. Bharat Kumar Shetty, taluk co-convenor of Bajrang Dal, has lost the Jersey cow worth Rs 35,000 from his house.

Bharat says that his father had last seen the cow at the shed next to the house on Friday early morning at around 3 am. But later in the morning, the cow was not to be seen.

There has been many cow thefts in this region, which impacts communal harmony in the region. A case has been registered.
