D Surendra Kumar appointed as Additional Director of Karnataka Bank

Mangaluru: D Surendra Kumar of Dharmasthala has been appointed as the Additional Director of Karnataka Bank during the Board meeting held on December 29.

Surendra Kumar is a B.A. graduate from University of Bengaluru. He has nearly 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur. He is the Vice President of Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Education Society. Trustee of Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project and SDMD Trust and Managing Partner of Kuduma Industries, SDM Pharmacy and Padmalatha Transport.

Surendra Kumar has earlier been on the Board of Directors of Karnataka Bank from September 25, 2000 to September 24, 2008.
