D Veerendra Heggde felicitated on completing 50 years as Dharmadhakari

Udupi: "Padmabhushana Dr D Veerendra Heggde should get the Bharath Ratna that he had made his contribution to several fields like healthcare, education, Aurveda, Yoga, self – employment all over the country," said Sri Sri Veshwesha Thirtha Swamiji of Paryaya Pejawar Math.

Swamiji was speaking during the felicitation to D. Veerendra Heggade on his completing 50 years as Dharmadhakari of Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala at Rajangana, which was organized by Sri Krishna Math and citizens of Udupi.

Pejawar Swamiji said that D. Veerendra Heggde has shown to all dharmadhikari’s that how one can succeed in Dharmadhikari in their respective fields.

Earlier Raghupathy Bhat former MLA welcomed the gatherings. After conferring felicitations, D. Veerendra Heggde said that it was the activities of the Pejawar Seer which had inspired him to take up welfare schemes.

Pramod Madhwaraj Minister for Youth Empowerment, Sports and Fisheries appreciated the services of D. Veerendra Heggde which will be destiny of the people and the country.
