Dental Camp at St Philomena College Puttur

Puttur: Free dental checkup and treatment camp in association with Rotary Club Puttur, Inner Wheel Club Puttur, IDA Puttur, Youth Red Cross unit and NSS unit of the college was organized in college Auditorium. A team of 30 doctors lead by Dr Shivananda from KVG Dental College Sullia conducted the camp. Dr Shree Prakash, Prakash Dental Clinic Darbe, Puttur spoke on Oral Health and Prevention of Oral Deceases. Principal Prof Leo Noronha presided over the function. Villagers of the adapted village Sampya, Students of DKZPHP School Sanjaya Nagar and students of St Philomena College Puttur were the beneficiaries.

 

Rot. M G Rafeek, President, Rotary Club Puttur and Mrs. Shankari M S Bhat President, Inner Wheel Club Puttur graced the occasion.

Dr Shri Prakash of Prakash Dental Clinic, Darbe, Puttur welcomed the gathering. Prof. Geetha Poornima K, NSS Programme Officer proposed the vote of thanks. Prof. Nagaraju, NSS Programme Officer coordinated the programme.
