Dr Mohandas Bhat takes charge as principal of MIT college

Kundapur: Dr Mohandas Bhat took charge as principal of MIT college, here on April 15

He finished his ME and BE in chemical engineering from KREC, Surathkal (presently called NITK) and doctorate degree in chemical engineering from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati.

Dr Bhat has a vast experience of more than 35 years in industry, teaching, research and administration. Dr Bhat is the life member of professional bodies like, ISTE, IIChE, TEST. He has seven research papers presented in national/international journals and conferences. He has attended more than hundred workshops / seminars / conferences / FDPs, chaired technical sessions, delivered guest lectures. His special interest is in entrepreneurship development, industry-institute-interaction and intellectual property rights management.
