Dr Rita Crasta of SAC awarded research grant by Vision Group for Science and Technology

Mangaluru: Dr Rita Crasta, assistant professor in the department of Postgraduate Studies and Research in Physics, St Aloysius College (autonomous), here was awarded with research grant of Rs 5 lac by the Vision Group for Science and Technology, Govt of Karnataka.

The research grant was awarded under Research Grant for Scientist Faculty (RGS/F).

The synopsis of the research proposal submitted by Dr Rita Crasta was 'Natural Radioactivity Concentration in Medicinal Plants and Environmental Matrices in Coastal Regions'.
