Expert P U College celebrates Ganesha Chaturthi

Mangaluru: Students of Expert Pre University College celebrated Ganesha Chaturthi with much gaiety and enthusiasm. Students decorated and drew Rangolis in the shrine of Ganesha at the college campus and worshipped it.

Students devoutly recited Ganesha Bhajans and verses. Thousands of students participated in the celebration. The deity’s Prasada was later distributed.

Students, lecturers and staff ate the festival meal cooked by Chef on Wheels. Students themselves served the meal to the appreciation of all. A rangoli competition was held for the students on the occasion.

College principal Dr N K Vijayan, cultural programme organizer Shilpa V and programme director Thippanna N M were present.
