Expert PU college holds orientation programme

Mangaluru: Expert Pre-University College, Valachil, here, on Saturday, August 12, held a joint session of orientation programme for newly admitted students for NEET long-term course and their parents.



Prof Narendra L Nayak, chairman, Expert Group of Institutions, in his presidential address said that Expert PU College was the ideal place for those who desired to achieve and excel. He also assured the college would keep updating itself to meet the changing demands and growing competition. He urged the students to sustain their interests and work hard for excellence without being deterred by temptations.

Dr NK Vijayan, principal of the college, addressed the gathering and presented a bird’s eye view on the activities of the college. He also advised the students to behave themselves and make the best of the time and opportunity.

Gurudatta, vice principal, and Shyam Prasad, AICE coordinator and lecturer in Mathematics were present on occasion.

Pruthvi U V, department of Physics, welcomed the gathering and compered the programme.
