Felicitation of Women Achievers at Crossland College, Brahmavar

Brahmavar: In connection with International Women’s Day, two women achievers, Mrs.Ujwala Prabhu, an entrepreneur herself in the field of Local cable networking for last 20 years and Mrs. Manisha an auto driver from Neelavara Cross, Kunjal who is in the field for last 12 years were felicitated by Women’s Forum of Crossland College, Brahmavar.

The college appreciated their efforts in venturing into fields considered the male bastion. The college moves closely with the community around, appreciating the good work and lending a helping hand to the needy.

This was followed by a lecture on Cancer Screening by Dr.Vandita Pahwha, Department of Community Medicine, KMC, Manipal and Mrs. Clara Lewis, Community Medicine Department of KMC, Manipal and alumna of the College delivering a speech on obesity and stress management.

Ms.Supriya compared the programme and Mrs.Jyothi, Lecturer in charge coordinated the programme.
