Felicitation to Prof. P Janardhana Herle at St Philomena College Puttur

Puttur: The Staff Association of St Philomena College Puttur organized a programme in Spandana Seminar Hall on October 3, 2017 to felicitate Prof. P Janardhana Herle, Associate Professor of Statistics, who retired from service on attaining superannuation, after serving the cause of education for 36 years.

The Campus Director Rev. Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro after felicitating Prof. Herle said, ‘The joy of a teacher is the satisfaction that he gets after discharging his duty.’

The Principal of St Philomena PU College Rev. Fr Vijay Lobo complimented Prof. Herle for his meritorious service and wished him good health and peace of mind.

The Principal Prof. Leo Noronha expressed his best wishes and said, ‘Teachers do not create, but inspire.’

After receiving felicitations Prof. Herle expressed his gratitude to the Management of the institution and the colleagues.

The Associate Professor of Commerce Dr Haribert Nazareth was present on this occasion. The President of Staff Association Prof. Ganesh Bhat compered the programme.
