Fitness of policemen spoken about

Udupi: Dr. Padmaraja Hegde, Dean and Professor, Urology Department, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal addresshed gathering during the Udupi District Home Guards Western Zone level Tournament 2017 at Police Grounds.

Speaking on the occasion, he said, "Being policemen, fitness is necessary. Therefore the policemen should go for routine health check up in order to keep healthy. If police are fit and healthy, it will bennefit the society as a whole."

Dr. K. Prashanth Shetty District Commandant, Home Guards, presided over the inaugural ceremony of the Home Guards tournament and welcomed the gatherings. Prakashchandra Shetty, Chiarman of G.M.Vidyaniketan Public School, Brahmavar, Dr B. Yogish Shetty former President of Medical Practitioners Association also spoke during the occasion.
