Fog delays arrival of flights at MIA

Mangaluru: Several flights from Gulf nations landed late at the Mangaluru International Airport on January 6, Thursday following thick fog conditions.

The Jet Airways flight which was scheduled to land at 8.15 am arrived at 12.45 noon, while the Jet Airways from Mumbai landed at 1.45 pm almost over three hours behind schedule. Similarly, the Jet Airways flight from Bengaluru arrived at 9.30 am instead of 7.30 am.

Fog conditions prevailed on Thursday at several places in the city and its vicinity.
