Bengaluru: Veteran politician and former minister for higher education B A Mohideen (81) passed away at a private hospital in Bengaluru during the early hours Tuesday. He was ailing since some time.
Mohideen was earlier under treatment in a private hospital in Mangaluru. He had recently been to Bengaluru after he had recovered. However, he again fell ill there following which he was admitted to the M S Ramaiah Hospital.
His mortal remains are expected to be brought to his residence at Bajpe on Tuesday evening.
