Four cows die after lorry topples

Bantwal: Four cows died as a cattle laden lorry toppled after the driver lost control at Kalladka on Sunday morning, August 28.

The incident occurred at Amtoor cross. The lorry driver fled from the scene. There were reportedly 15 cows in the lorry of which 4 have died.

Police have seized the lorry and the cows. A case has been registered in Bantwal police station.
