Four students of Alva's secure top CET ranks in four divisions

Mangaluru: Four students of Alvas educational foundation have secured four among the first five ranks in the CET results announced on Tuesday, May 30. As many as 91 students have secured ranks within the first 100 ranks.

"Bharath Kumar has secured the third rank in veterinary, Anasuya has secured the fifth rank in ayush and fourth rank in BSc agriculture and Sowmya Shashidhar Katteemani has secured the fifth rank in BSc agriculture. Harsha T S has bagged the first tank in BSc agriculture and veterinary practical," informed Dr M Mohan Alva, president of Alvas Education Foundation in a press conference.

Six students have secured within the first 100 in engineering, B-Pharma and D-Pharma. Sowmya has secured 34th, Sanketh 38th, Shashank 58th, Bharath Kumar T 78th, Shivakumar 85th and Chetan has secured the 98th rank.

As many as 171 students have received ranks within 200, 244 within 300, 434 within 500, 908 within thousand, 2623 within five thousand and 4149 within ten thousand.

Alvas PU College principal Prof Ramesh Shetty was present in the press conference.
