Fr Nelson takes up the charge as Sandesha Director

Rev Fr Nelson Dalmeida took the official charge as director of Sandesha. Most Rev Dr Henry D’Souza, the Founder Director & Chairman of Sandesha officially handed over the charge to Fr Nelson Dalmeida on 8th June, 2018, at Sandesha Karnataka Kala Kendra, Regional Institute for Education and Communication.

 

During the farewell programme Bishop Henry D’Souza appreciated the enormous service of outgoing director Rev Fr Viay Victor Lobo and Assistant Director Br Victor Crasta and wished them every success in their future ministry. Bishop Henry D’Souza spoke about the goal and purpose of the institute and he appealed to the new director to take the institute to greater heights.

Mr Roy Castelino the trustee of the institute welcomed the dignitaries. Mr Daya Victor Lobo gave a felicitation speech to outgoing director. Mr Anil D’Cunha gave a felicitation speech to outgoing Assistant director. Rev Fr Vijay Victor Lobo and Bro Victor Crasta thanked everyone for giving their valuable support and help during their tenure.

Rev Fr Alwyn Serrao, the principal of Padua College introduced the new director of Sandesha. Rev Fr Nelson Dalmeida thanked everyone for their presence and goodwill towards the institute. Mrs Vani Rajgopal with the help of her students presented Bharathanatyam and it was well appreciated. Mrs Vani Rajgopal proposed vote of thanks. Mrs Irene Rebello compered the programme.

Very Rev Fr Jospeph Martis, the Rector of St Jospeh Seminary and well-wishers of the institute were present on the occasion.
