Gang forcibly enter house in Ullal

Mangaluru: A lady identified as Sunaina had left her home on Saturday afternoon, telling her family that she was going to the city corporation. Her sister, Mumtaz, reportedly got suspicious about the lady's movements and therefore, followed her. She is said to have found Sunaina sitting in a shop at Kudroli, who then left with a youth who came in a two-wheeler to the spot. Thereafter, a police complaint was filed.

A few persons who were searching the girl, started following her movements. At around 7 pm, they entered the house of Lobo, living in Kamath Compound located on the road opposite petrol bunk at Kuthar where they went berserk and raised a din.

Immediately after the gang entered the house, Lobo contacted Ullal police station. Seeing the police, the accused tried to flee in their car but the police succeeded in taking into custody two persons identified as Shiyab from Manjeshwar and Majeed from Manjanady.

A case about this incident stands filed in Ullal police station.
