“Get ready for the Bright Future” Mr Satish, Zonal Manager, Havells India

Mangaluru: The MBA Department of Alva’s Institute of Engineering and Technolgy, Mijar organized a Guest Lecture on “Marketing Strategies for Managers” on September 26. The guest speaker was Mr Satish, Zonal Manager, Havells India. He called upon the students to get ready for future challenges in the corporate world as India will see a huge upsurge in the coming years.

Emphasising on improving their skills, Mr Satish said, in the present context of globalisation, the demand for skilled and multi skilled workers has increased. Therefore in the context of developing countries, such as India, there is a critical need for quality skill development and training.

Dean MBA Prof P Ramakrishna Chadaga, Faculty Dr Guru Aradhya, Dr Nagendra and Gurudatt Somayaji were present during the occasion.
