‘Hindi Divas’ observed at St Philomena PU College Puttur

Puttur: The Department of Hindi of St Philomena PU College Puttur organized ‘Hindi Divas’ on September 20, 2016 in college auditorium.
Hindi Lecturer of Ambika Pre-University College Puttur Mrs. Puspalatha P participated as the chief guest. She said, ‘Hindi Divas is celebrated in schools, colleges, firms, Government Offices and other institutions to promote and propagate the Hindi language. This celebration also serves as a patriotic reminder to Hindi-speaking population of their common roots and unity.’

The Principal Rev. Fr Vijay Lobo presided over the function. The Lecturers of the Department Mrs. Dimple Jennifer Fernandes and Mrs. Manjula Praveena were present on this occasion.

Ms. Meghana presented the prayer song. Mr. Thilak proposed the vote of thanks. Ms. Dilshana, Ms. Briyana and Ms. Samreena compered the programme.
