Holy Cross Church Manjotti celebrates 'Prathvicha Palgananth'

Beltangady: On account of National Youth day, ICYM unit members of the Holy Cross Church, Manjotti, celebrated 'Prathvicha Palgananth' vanamahotsava programme.

The parish priest of the newly established church Fr Jason Vijay Monis presided over the celebration and inaugurated the programme. In his presidential address, Fr Jason congratulated the youngsters for organizing first programme and importance of protecting the nature and our duty towards the environment. After the short stage programme all joined their hands in planting the different fruits’ plants.

Valerian Monis, vice-president, Anitha Paul, secretary, Vinod Pinto, ICYM president, Vinisha D’Souza, ICYM secretary, the ICYM members, ward gurkars and the parishioners were present. Risha Lobo compered the programme, Kiran Miranda welcomed the gathering and Risha lobo rendered the vote of thanks.
