ICYM Kulur conducts Ujya Vine Randap competition at St Antony Church

Mangaluru: ICYM Kulur Unit organised Ujya Vine Randap ( Cooking without Fire ) Competition on Sunday, 22nd July 2018 in St. Antony Church Hall, Kulur at 10:30 AM. Mr. Godwin Dsouza - Secretary, ICYM Kulur Unit welcomed the gathering. Rev. Fr. Vincent Dsouza - Parish Priest, St. Antony Church, Kulur presided and inaugurated the programme along with Mr. Aafrem Ferrao - Vice President, Parish Pastoral Council, Mrs Lavina Dsouza - President, Catholic Sabha Kulur Unit, Mr. Clever Dsouza - Animator, ICYM Kulur Unit,Mr. Nigel Pereira ( Owner - Hilton Caterers ) and Mr. Neil Dsouza ( Lecturer - Sarosh College of Hotel Management ) were present as the guests on the dias. Mr. Nigel Pereira and Mr. Neil Dsouza were the judges for the programme. A total of 14 teams participated in this event. Results of the competition are as follows : St. Lawrence Ward bagged - 1st place while St. Antony 1st Ward bagged - 2nd place and St. Antony 3rd Ward bagged - 3rd place. Mr. David Monteiro - President, ICYM Kulur Unit delivered the vote of thanks. Ms Carol Monteiro compered the programme.
