ICYM Madanthyar Unit celebrates Diwali - 2018

ICYM Madanthyar Unit celebrated Diwali – 2018, a festival of lights on Sunday, 11th November at 6.30 PM in Sacred Heart Ursuline Sisters Convent.

The programme was led by Ursuline sisters with a short prayer service along with a prayer dance.

All the youth lit the candles as a symbol of festival of lights. Soon after the prayer service, games were conducted by Rev. Fr Alwyn Dsouza - Assistant Parish Priest and Tyson Dcunha - ICYM member. Rev. Fr Basil Vas - Parish priest delivered a message and wishes on soundless Diwali. The programme concluded with the refreshments arranged by Ursuline sisters. A total of 30 youth were present for the programme.
