ICYM Vamadapadavu Unit organises “ YUVA SAMAVESH - 2018 ”

ICYM Vamadapadavu Unit organised " YUVA SAMAVESH - 2K18 ", A youth gathering programme to all the Catholic youth of Vamadapadavu on Sunday, 29th July 2018 at Vamadapadavu Church Hall.

The programme commenced with a prayer song. Ms. Lenita Nishal Dcosta - Unit Secretary welcomed the gathering. Rev. Fr. Stany Fernandes - Director, Vamadapadavu Unit inaugurated the programme along with Rev. Fr. Richard Dsouza - Director, Shanti Kiran Bajjodi - Chief Guest of the programme, Br. Thomas Cutinho, Mr. Valarian Dsouza - Vice President and Mr. Richard Dsouza - Secretary, Catholic Sabha Vamapadavu Unit, Mr. Lazarus Menezes - ICYM Animator were the guests on the dais.

Rev. Fr. Stany Fernandes addressed the youth as this year we celebrate the Silver Jubilee Year, to this occasion youth need to help in building the Catholic Youth Community. Rev. Fr. Richard Dsouza took over the session on the topic - "Adhunik Samajenth Yuvajanaso Pathru". Mr. Aneesh Lobo, Kadaba - Joint Secretary, ICYM Mangalore Diocese and Ms. Ivy Melisha Dsouza, Derebail - Lady Vice President, ICYM Mangalore Diocese 2017 -18 conducted games for the youth.

More than 40 youth participated in this programme. Mr. Francis Monteiro - President, ICYM Moodbidri Deanery were also present for the programme. Mr. Praveen Dcosta - President, Vamadapadavu Unit proposed the vote of thanks. Ms. Alvita Reshma Dsouza compared the programme. It was a fun filled day with full of entertainment, games etc and a day to remember in ICYM Vamadapadavu Unit.
