ICYM Venur Unit inaugurates "Year of Youth"

ICYM Venur Unit inaugurated "Year of Youth" at Christ King Church, Venur on Sunday, 3rd February 2019 at the Holy Eucharistic Celebration. The youth took part in the Holy Eucharistic celebration by entering the church in a disciplinary procession with a burning candle in their hands. It is to signify that youths are the light of the society and can enlighten the future through their good works.


Rev. Fr Stany Rodrigues - Parish Priest, Christ King Church, Venur along with Ronald Dsouza - Vice President, Venur Parish Pastoral Council, Delson Dsouza - President and Reshma Fernandes - Secretary, ICYM Venur Unit unveiled the Year of Youth Logo. Rev. Fr Stany Rodrigues gave an introduction and significance of ''Year of Youth'' and the logo. The inauguration concluded with a Holy Eucharistic celebration.

Delson Dsouza - President, Rupert Michael Pais - Vice President, Reshma Fernandes - Secretary, Arun Dsouza - Co-ordinator, Sr. Wilma Dsa - Co-ordinator - ICYM Venur Unit and other youths of Venur Unit were present during the inaugural ceremony.
