INFOQUEST 2019-‘Lets Make IT happen”

Mangaluru: The Department of Computer Applications, St Agnes College(Autonomous) organised a one day intra departmental fest INFOQUEST 2019 on 26 August 2019.

Sr Dr Jeswina A C, Principal, St Agnes College was the Chief guest for the inaugural programme. Speaking on the occasion she stressed the need for students to tap their potential and make use of every opportunity that came their way. Ms Marina, II BCA, welcomed the gathering. Ms. Aafreen, Secretary, Computer Club, briefed the audience on the events of the day. Ms Safa, III BCA, proposed the vote of thanks. Ms Asrina, III BCA was the MC.

The Fest included the final round of ten events: Inquisition (Quiz), Henastic (Mehendi Logo),Techovation (Presentation),TechnoBuzz (Documentary),Technotalent (Talent Show),Renaissance (Dance Competition),Goldrush (Treasure Hunt),Algorythm (Coding and Debugging),Picturesque (photography) and
Cognito (Web Designing)

The prelims to these events were conducted over a period of two weeks before the fest.

These events helped unleash the skill and talents of students. The fest witnessed total participation by the students with every student participating in at least one event.

Sr Carmelrita A. C., Administrator of the College was the chief guest for the valedictory programme. Ms Daniya, I BCA, welcomed the gathering. During the occasion the highest scorers of the II and IV semesters were also felicitated. Mrs Malavika Shetty, Head of the Department of Computer Applications and Co-ordinator of the fest , proposed the vote of thanks. Ms Duha, I BCA, was the MC.
