Inaugural Mass and inauguration of DCA at St Philomena College Puttur

Puttur: The inaugural mass and inauguration of Divya Chethana Association of St Philomena College Puttur was held on July 9, 2016 in Devya Chethana Chapel.

 

The Campus Director Rev. Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro was the main celebrant of the mass. The Principal of St Philomena PU College Rev. Fr Vijay Lobo and Director of Divya Chethana Association Rev. Fr Rithesh Rodrigues participated as co-celebrant of the mass.

Rev. Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro spoke about the rights and duties of a Christ faithful. He said, ‘we should not ask who will do work of God, instead how I have to do it. God has purpose for each person in the world and each person must discern it and do it.’

The Principal Prof Leo Noronha complimented Divya Chethana Association for arranging the mass. The Director of DCA Rev. Fr Rithesh Rodrigues introduced the new office bearers and proposed the vote of thanks.
