Inter-school competition Agnathon held at St Agnes PU College

Mangaluru: Day-long inter school competition ‘Agnathon’ was organised by St Agnes PU College.

The programme was inaugurated by Manoj Lewis, assistant professor, Kavoor government First Grade College. Dr Sr Maria Roopa, joint secretary of St Agnes Institutions; Sr Shamita, principal; Sr Norine D’Souza, vice-principal; Anita Dehnugar, vice-presidnet of PTA and convenors Lovina Aranha and Hariet Moras were present for the inaugural.

Cambridge School bagged the overall championship trophy and Carmel School won the runners-up trophy.

Students from eighteen schools participated in various competitions and displayed their innovative talents.

The valedictory function was held amid excitement and enthusiasm. Chief guest Elton Mascarenhas, cine actor and choreographer, lauded the efforts of the students and congratulated the winners.
