International Students Meet held at Bearys Institute of Technology

Mangaluru: The international Students Meet was conducted on Saturday, September 16 at Bearys Institute of Technology.

Students from twenty countries participated in the event. The program began with invocation and set the tone for the occasion with its genuine spirituality.

This was followed by a welcome speech by Prof Mustafa Basthikodi, HOD of Computer Science. In his speech, he recalled the journey of hundred and eleven years of Bearys Education group.

Principal Dr Antony AJ narrated the tolerant nature of Indians. He advised senior student to be a role model to their juniors and directed them to take the decision keeping the interest of country in their mind.

Prof Zameel of ECE department proposed the vote of thanks. Foreign students shared their views related to stay in Mangaluru and their studies.

Dr Abdulla Gubbi, HOD, Dept of ECE, Prof Purushotham, HOD, Dept of CIVIL, Prof Vivek Huddar, HOD, Dept of Mechanical Engg were also present for the event.
