Mangaluru: Senior Congress Leader Janardhana Poojary demanded the arrest of the two Karnataka officials who were found in possession of unaccounted cash of Rs 152 crores and also high-end luxury cars during the latest IT raid.

Addressing media at Press club on Saturday December 3, he said it is a black day in Karnataka history. Instead of mere suspension, the two officials should be arrested, he demanded.

Poojary took potshots at Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and said people suspected his involvement." By today evening Siddaramaiah should reveal the value of black money in the seized cash. If he failed to do so high command should take stringent action against the Chief Minister," he said.
