Jeevan Jyothi Camp at Kundapur

Kundapur, November 11: A five-day camp called Jeevan-Jyothicamp for Kundapur zonal level Catholic students of 10th standard was inaugurated at Kundapur. Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Anil D’souza inaugurated the camp by lighting the lamp.

Rev.Fr. Anil D’Souza blessed the camp and in his message he said “By participating in this kind of camp, your talent will emerge. Here you can get the opportunity to learn the things which will benefit your future. ‘Let us learn the values of Jesus and keep alive the trust’ - this is the slogan of the camp; like this word, you should take love and ethics to your home from this camp. Make good to the society, do not go in the way of evil”.

The Asst.Parish Priest of Kundapur Church and supervisor of the camp Rev. Fr.Gerald Sandeep D’mello gave the tips to the students. Leena Tauro and Felsiana D’souza wished good luck. Rev. Fr. Praveen Amrith Martis, Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Royan Pais and others were present. Sister Vibha –chief of the St.Joseph Convent sang the prayer. Sister Sunitha welcomed all. Women’s Association and ICYM Associations have rendered selfless service to this camp. Sister Shanthi Laveena proposed the vote of thanks. Dominic Braganza compered the programme.
