KIMS’s dept of Anatomy holds CME

Mangalore: The department of Anatomy, Kanachur Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Natekal, conducted a CME ‘Cross Sectional Anatomy in Relevance to Clinical Practice’ at the Lecture Theatre of Academic Block – B.

Eminent speakers in the field of Neurosurgery, Radio-diagnosis and Anatomy addressed the delegates on the occasion.

The inaugural programme of the CME was graced by Abdul Rahiman, director, Kanachur Institute of Medical Sciences. Dr H S Virupaksha, dean, Kanachur Institute of Medical Sciences; Dr Shreesha Khandige, associate dean, Kanachur Institute of Medical Sciences; Dr Annaya Kulal , KMC observer; Dr Shakunthala R Pai, HOD, department of Anatomy, Kanachur Institute of Medical Sciences and chief organising secretary and Dr Roshan S, associate professor, department of Anatomy, Kanachur Institute of Medical Sciences and organising secretary were on the dais.

Dr Sheela G Nayak, dean of Academics, KVG Medical College, Sullia was felicitated on this occasion for her enormous contribution towards the medical field. Dr Rohan Monis, chief administrative officer, Kanachur Hospital & Research Centre, department heads and faculty of various departments were also present for the CME.

Dr A Raja, neurosurgeon, Dr Rajagopal K V, radiologist, Dr Santosh Rai, radiologist, Dr Raghuraj, radiologist and Dr Roshan S, anatomist were the eminent speakers. The environment was filled with vivid presentations and learning and the medical delegates enjoyed the day of learning.
