Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy releases Konkani Fest Logo

Mangaluru: The Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy president Roy Castelino released the logo and invitation for exhibition stalls for Konkani Literary Fest (Konkani Lokotsav - 2017) scheduled to be held February 10 to 12, 2017 at town hall in the city. The logo was released at press club in the city on Dec 2, Friday.

The logo was designed and prepared by well known artist Wilson JP Souza Kayyar. The academy has invited applications from the interested to open stalls at the town hall and its premises during the three day long Konkani fest for exhibition and sale of products which represent Konkani language and culture, lifestyle, tradition and many others.

The academy has also invited applications for cultural events from schools, colleges, women, children and artists to showcase dance cum acting type cultural events. Interested can contact the academy office located in the city or can reach the organisers at 0824-2453167, the organisers said.
