Konkani Writers' Association, Karnataka organised a symposium on Konkani short stories at Don Bosco Club, Mangalore on Sunday, 29th April 2018. Mr. Dolphy Lobo analysed a short story written by Dr. Edward Nazareth and Mr. Jerald Rasquinha spoke on the short story written by Mrs. Lavie, Ganjimata. Dr. Jerald Pinto, Kallianpur moderated the session.
The writers expressed their views on these short stories.
Dr. Austine D'Souza Prabhu from Chickago who was the chief guest congratulated the association for organizing the symposium and said, such symposiums would help writers to sharpen their skills. Mr. Richard Moras presided over the program. Mr. Cyril G Sequiera proposed vote of thanks.
