Konkani film 'Noshibacho Khell' audio to release on Jan 25

Mangaluru: The audio of Konkani movie 'Noshibacho Khell', produced by Henry D'Silva and directed by the famed Harry Fernandes, is all set for release on January 25 at Hotel Deepa Comforts, Mangaluru at 11.30 am.

Fr Andrew D'Souza, parish priest of Bondel Church will be the chief guest, while Roy Castelino, president of Karnataka Konkani Sahithya Academy, Eric Ozario, Gurkar, Mandd Sobhann, noted singer Meena Rebimbus, and Walter Nandalike, founder of Daijiworld will be the guests of honour.

Eric Ozario has written and composed the title song of the movie. Noted Konkani composer Wilson Olivera has also written the lyrics and composed music for some of the songs. There are also a couple of songs dubbed from Marathi albums, which are expected to set a new trend in Konkani film music. Victor Concessao has also penned lyrics for some of the songs. Gunwant Sen has also composed a few songs in the movie.

Copies of the album will be made available during the St Lawrence Shrine feast, Attur, Karkala, to begin with. Later on, the CDs will be available in all major music stores in and around Mangaluru and Udupi.

With the completion of the shooting of the film, and the post-production work in progress, the release date of the movie is expected to be announced soon.
