LKG student dies in accident

Puttur: In a tragic incident at Piligodu near Uppinangady, a four-year old boy lost his life. The LKG student died after a pick-up van rammed into the auto rickshaw in which he was seated.

The accident happened on Wednesday. The victim has been identified as Mohammed Sanad. Sanad was a student of Madinathul Munavar English Medium School, Muddadka.

Uppinangady police have registered a case. Investigation has been taken up. The death has shocked the family members as well as locals.
