Ladies Beauty Association holds special meeting

Mangaluru: “We can achieve success when we unite and proceed with determination. There is strength in unity,” said Mangalore Ladies Beauty Association (MLBA) president Pauline Saldanha. She has been selected as new president of MLBA for 2016 - 2017.

Pauline Saldanha spoke at a special meeting held by the association at Surathkal Tara Tower on December 6. She briefly explained the proprietors of the beauty parlours at Surathkal, Bajpe, Kinnigoli to Mulki, the rules, regulations and principles of the association, services to customers and hygiene. She informed about the benefits of being in the association in unity and the problems that are likely to be faced when they remain isolated.

Association member, president of Tulu Sangha, Babitha Shetty gave away some important details. Vice president Sharada Suresh requested all to join hands in the association.

Chief Secretary of the association, Anitha Amin, assistant secretary Ramya P D, chief treasurer Vinny Pinto and assistant treasurer Priya Y S were on the dais.

Association member Mamatha compered the programme beautifully. Members stood as the backbone of the association and proved there is strength in unity.
