Late Dr Pallathadka Keshav Bhat’s son murdered in Venezuala

Udupi: In an unfortunate incident, Pallathadka Kumara Prasad (41), son of the renowned naturalist and herbal expert late Dr Pallathadka Keshava Bhat, who popularised the use of herbal and natural medicine in Venezuela, has been found murdered at Venezuala.

It is learnt that his body was found in a decomposed state. Dr Pallathadka Keshava Bhat who hailed from Badiadka in Kasargod had led a retired life at Manipal after his retirement at Venezuala.

His works were being carried out by his son Kumara Prasad who was an engineering graduate. He is survived by his mother and three sisters.

The reason for the murder is not known.
