Gowri S. Nayak, Class X student of Little Rock Indian School, Brahmavar was among the 126 debaters from 14 countries who attended the International Summer Debate Camp at Cornell University, New York, recently.
Gowri was selected after a five day debate workshop organized by the Vivekananda Institute of Indian Studies, Mysore in collaboration with the Cornell University.
Gowri was one of the four students selected to represent India. She was certified as one of the two best debaters at Cornell University. Gowri has been studying in LRIS right from KG and is the daughter of Mr. Shridhar G. Nayak and Mrs Ranjana S. Nayak, Udupi.
