Little Rock Emerges Verbattle Champions

Kirsten Wilfred Coelho and Pearl Andrea D’Souza, Class XII students of Little Rock Indian School, Brahmavar have won the Verbattle Championship in Junior Plus Category held at Bangalore recently. Verbattle is a renowned State-level Debate Competition organized by the Verbattle Team headed by well known Journalist and TV Personality Deepak Thimaya.

Kirsten and Pearl have also won a cash prize of Rs 20,000.00 along with the Championship title. There were around 50 Teams from all over Karnataka in this competition and they had to participate in several rounds to emerge as the winners. Prof. Mathew C. Ninan, Director of Little Rock Indian School and the Principal Dr John Thomas have congratulated Kirsten and Pearl on their remarkable achievement.
