Lourdes Central School exhibits array of talents in 'Tirangaa'

Mangaluru: Lourdes Central School recently participated in an inter school competition 'Tirangaa 2018' at Manipal School, Attavar.

It was an opportunity for many Lourdites to exhibit their talent on a bigger stage. The theme for the day was - Mind, Body and Soul 'Health and Fitness'.

There were various competitions organised for the students from kindergarten to class 12.

To watch the budding stars of LCS performing on stage with such confidence and zeal was a feast to the eyes.

Principal Fr Robert D’Souza appreciated each and every student for the effort and hard work put in and asked the students never to give up. All the winners of Tirangaa were felicitated during an assembly.

The winners are as follows:
Pritika Singh of class KG 2A - Second prize in Pom Pom Hockey.
Nandana Acharya of class 2B - Second prize in Wordazzle
Nidhi Noronha of class 8C - Second prize in Expressions
Pranav Kumar of 11B - First prize in Funny Bones

First place in Raponomics:
Riola Steffi Mendonca – 8A,
Pritika Frith Pinto - 8B
Vedh Shetty - 6C
Tanvi Tyagi - 8C
Shloka Rai -7A
