MITE wins KSCST ‘Best Project award’

Moodbidri: A team comprising of final year Mechanical Engineering students of Mangalore Institute of Technology & Engineering (MITE), Moodbidri, won Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology sponsored state level ‘Best Project Award’ for their innovative work on ‘Multinozzle Manually Operated Sprayer’.

The team comprised of Harsha Rahul Crasta, Manjunath Shet, Sawood Sharief S and Vishal M Suvarna guided by Prof Elton Dylan Nazareth.

It is worth noting that 14 teams from MITE have been selected for sponsorship by KSCST. Six teams were shortlisted to the final phase which was held at BIET, Davanagere on August 11 and 12 Rajesh Chouta, chairman, Rajalaxmi Education Trust, Mangaluru, has congratulated the students on their achievement.
