Mangaluru journalists pay tribute to Chethanram Iranthakaje

Mangaluru: Dakshina Kannada District Working Journalists Union, Mangaluru Press Club and Patrika Bhavan Trust, paid tributes to Prajavani reporter Chethanram Iranthakaje who passed away.

The condolence meeting was held at Press Club on February 13. Several scribes recollected their association with late Chethanram and also spoke about his social service activities.

Former union minister B Janardhana Poojary and former KCDC president Kallige Taranath Shetty were among those who paid floral tributes to the late journalist.

Jagannath Shetty Bala, President of DK District Working Journalists Association, journalists Pushparaj B N, Ibrahim Adkasthala, Sukesh Kumar Shetty and others were present.
