Manipal University signs MOU with CIHC

Manipal: The Manipal University and the Canadian Interprofessional Health Collaborative (CIHC), Canada, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for designing and developing inter-professional initiatives. John H.V. Gilbert, Founding Director of CIHC, in his speech, lauded the efforts of Manipal University for being the pioneer in the field of inter-professional education in this region.

Ciraj A.M., Course Director, MUFIILIPE, who welcomed the gathering, highlighted the various activities undertaken by the institute towards enhancing inter-professional education focused on achieving patient-centered collaborative practice.

The residential session was inaugurated by Dr. Bhat, who emphasised the need for developing partnerships for resource-sharing in order to enhance health outcomes.
