‘Mariola’ musical nite, Kalakar Puraskar at Kalaangann on Nov 6

Mangaluru: Anil D’Sa Pangla will be presenting his musical show titled ‘Mariola’ at the 179th Monthly Theatre, on Sun., Nov. 6, 2016, at 6 p.m., at Kalaangann, Mangalore.

Anil D’Sa, Varun D’Sa, Nihal Tauro, Shilpa Cutinha, Babita Pinto, Prakash D’Souza, Meera Crasta, Oliver Rebello and Arun Danthy will be singing in this show and Roshan D’Souza Angelore and his team will be backing them with their music. There will also be comedy by ‘Bindas Pernal’. Alwyn Danthy will be compeering the show.

On this occasion, the 12th Carvalho Ghorannem–Mandd Sobhann ‘Kalakar Puraskar’ will be awarded to Shri Avil Deepak D’Cruz, for his contribution in promoting Konkani dance forms, since last 16 years. Famous Konkani Film Director Shri Harry Fernandes will be presenting the Award.
