Milagres College Kallianpur conducts awareness programme on 'Block Chain' under bitcoin

Udupi: Recently the Commerce association Milagres College Kallianpur organized an awareness programme on ‘block chain' under the concept of bitcoin to the final year BCom students.

Resource person of the programme Loy D’Souza, business analyst, HSBC London, gave a brief introduction about bitcoin and the concept of block chain.

He explained where block chain can be used, its benefits and how it is applicable in the real world and also explained the block chain diagram and the challenges to be faced in implementing it.

Convener of Commerce Association Radhika Patkar welcomed the chief guest, Prathiksha introduced the resource person to the gathering, Vignesh Pai, the president of Commerce Association proposed the vote of thanks.

Prof Annamma, department of Economics and 3rd BCom students were also present.
