M'luru: Dept of Physical Education and National Cadet Corps, St Agnes College ( AUTONOMOUS) conducts a webinar on ‘Yoga for Inner Wellbeing’ Sun, Jun 21 2020

Mangaluru, Jun 21: On the occasion of International Yoga Day 2020, a webinar on ‘Yoga for Inner Well Being’ was organized by the Department of Physical Education and National Cadet Corps (NCC) at St Agnes, (AUTONOMOUS) Mangaluru.

The webinar was conducted on 21 June2020. By encouragement and support of Principal, Sr Dr M. Venissa A.C. The resource person for the webinar was Shri Yogarathna Gopalakrishna Delpampady. Delampady, began his session with a prayer and delivered a warm message by refreshing the attendees, he demonstrated various Yoga techniques, for different people of different age group.

The demo was done by Shri delampady and Ms Kavya(III BSc).He also addressed on various advantages of Yoga for all Ages. Students, NCC Cadets ( Armywing, 18 Kar Btn NCC ,Mangaluru, 6 Kar Air NCC, Mangaluru, Flight C, St Agnes College, Academicians of various schools and colleges also participated in the webinar. Lt Gayathri BK, ANO, Armywing ( Assistant Professor, Political Science), Dr Hithakshi Anand, ANO, Airwing, (HOD, Psychology, UG), Mrs Vasudha S, Physical Educator were the organizers of the Programme.
