Mohammed Shahnawaz arrested for assaulting principal

Mangaluru: Mohammed Shahnawaz, a third year BBM student who was accused for assaulting Milagres college principal was arrested at Pumpwell on Monday October 24.

Mohammed Shahnawaz a resideny of Pandeshwar was absconding since three days after the assault. Several organisation staged protest demanding his arrest and memorandum was also submitted to Police Commissioner and DC Jagadeesha demanding his arrest.

Mohammed Shahnawaz was caught at Pumpwell while he was on his way to Kasargod.
