NRI Sarvottam Shetty bags Mulki Sunder Ram Shetty Award

Mangaluru: Sarvottam Shetty, President of Abu Dhabi Karnataka Sangha, noted philanthropist and social worker who is actively involved in various cultural forums, has been chosen for the Mulki Sunder Ram Shetty Award given by the Mangaluru Zonal unit of Vijaya Bank Workers Organization and Officers Union.

Here it is worth mentioning that Mulki Sunder Ram Shetty, a former chairman of Vijaya Bank was instrumental in the remarkable progress of the Bank.

Sarvottam Shetty who is already the recipient of several awards including Rajyotsava Award and Aryabhata Award will be receiving the Award at a function to be held in Mangaluru on September 11.

The road towards Catholic Club from the Jyothi Circle will be named Mulki Sundar Ram Shetty Road on this occasion.
